POWER TOOL SERVICE POLICY

Every Deli Tools product is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory, and warranted to be free of workmanship and materials for a certain period depends on the different type of tools from the date of original purchase.
1. The receipt or invoice of original purchase shall be provided and the product warranty period starts from the date mentioned on the original purchase.
2. If any product problem occurs during the warranty period, and is caused by defective workmanship or material after Deli quality inspection, Deli will repair or replace it.
3. If the warranty period shows "None", it means the product has no warranty period. But it can be replaced if any quality problem occurs at the time of purchase.
4. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
   Beyond the warranty validity period;
   Not in accordance with the requirements of the product manual use, maintenance or improper storage caused by damage;
   Failure or damage caused by disassembly, repair or modification of the product without the permission of our company;
   Machine breakdown or damage caused by force majeure;
   Wearing parts and accessories
   Other situation that do not affect product functionality, such as rust, surface scratches, and damage of plastic handle, etc.
